Brittnie and Andrew’s wedding was extra special for us because they are friends from our church. This wedding was extremely individual and had sentimental elegance that truly fit their personalities. With a wedding ceremony Trinity Baptist Church in Mesa and a sophisticate backyard reception at a private residence, the day was perfectly THEM!
The couple decided to see each other prior to the ceremony in order to have all their pictures finished early. From a photographer’s perspective, this was an excellent decision. We set up a private moment for Brittnie and Andrew to see each other. It was special, romantic, and we were able to capture their expressions when they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day.
Then we set out for Freestone Park in Gilbert with the wedding party in tow. We had a blast finding fun, creative settings- some that showcased beauty, and some that captured the kid at heart! We returned to the church for family pictures and a beautiful ceremony. The nice part about the couple’s decision to see each other prior to the ceremony was they could go directly to the reception and spend their wedding evening with friends and family without taking out an hour for pictures.
