A couple weeks ago, Nathan and I went up to Fountain Hills to shoot the Lee / Kenkel wedding. We had had the pleasure of meeting Jana and Neil several months back and taking their engagement pictures so we were very excited to see them again and capture their wedding day. That morning on the drive up to the ceremony location, the entire sky was packed with angry clouds and I just knew it was going to rain. We met up with the bride and groom, got through the getting ready photos... no rain! Jana and Neil had arranged to see each other before the ceremony and the grounds of Eagle Mountain Golf Club are incredible so we had to go outside. We did the couple's first moment of seeing each other... still no rain! Outdoor ceremony, family pictures, and a golf cart ride out onto the course at sunset... no rain! In fact, just as the sun was beginning to set, the angry clouds did a happy little dance and broke apart letting the sun rays and color burst through! What an amazing day! A beautiful couple, a gorgeous location and perfect timing... it poured rain our entire drive home!
Jana and Neil, you two are the greatest! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of something so special! We hope you love these captured moments as much as we do!
